Hey guys!.. So last night i bought about 4 or 5 pounds of chicken legs and i planned on smoking them today..

Well i brined these legs in the usual brine.. but added some hickory liquid smoke and a couple chugs of tabasco for some flavor.. I let these guys swim in there for about 3 hours...

Took them out and dryed them off.. added some rub..

Heated the smoker up to 250-270 and placed those guys in there. i used a little hickory and mesquite wood and added water to the pan..

about 2/3 the way through i basted with my favorite bbq sauce from the local bbq joint..

And took them out at 180 degrees... And here are some pics of the finished product.. They turned out really juicy to my suprise! :)

They Look Great... What was the name of the sauce you used?
