Taking a break from the smokers for a few days.
Daughter is over so i fired up my MAK grill with some hickory pellets.
Rubbed down some beef with Durkee steak dust, covered in fridge for a few hours then on the MAK.
Slapped some butter on the beef.
Controller set to 375 with hickory pellets.
I like my baked taters de skinned with sour cream, and Country Bobs.
Easy peazy light dinner
