Another Smoked Loaf(Qveiw)

Started with 3 lbs ground beef,added some Moore's,soy,BP,onion, worsty, and some velveeta chunks.

Smoked with pecan and RO lump @ 250º-265º till internal temp of 160º

Into the loaf pan

I smoked for 1½ hrs just to get the loaf to hold its shape.

Great Bear-view too!!!

I love your kind of "Bear-view"!  The kind that is a good clear close-up, and just as important, you have to be able to click on the close-up & zoom in even more!!!

Yours are all like that, just like I do them.

I still miss some, but I certainly don't like when that happens.

Thanks Bear, I finally got a descent camera. Nothing fancy but it takes good pics.

I agree, You need a good clear pic to do the food justice.
