Went by Winn Dixie to pick up some small stuff.
As usual made a pass by the meat dept..
Whoooaaa!!! CSRs 2 for one!!! Thick pork loin chops 2 for one!!! 6 chops altogether. Put 2 each in separate bags and into the freezer.
10 CSRs in each package,,one packaged bagged and into the freezer
Couldn't let it pass...saved 35 bucks. hehehe yeah "saved"!!!
Anyway ..the sausage is moving along just fine...the WSM had it's lip up.
Can't take a sad smoker so here we go.
Did the usual SPOG and added a little hot,smoked paprika.
Loaded the WSM with a bunch of saved used charcoal and apple wood for smoke..
Going to do a 2-2-1 type of smoke on this stuff..
Time to fire off the WSM....more pics later!!
