Even during the work week i have to smoke something.
The wife picked up some chuckeye steaks for dinner....What a gal
So on the smoker they went,
First i marinated them with some moore's, soy,onion powder, and minced garlic for about 4hrs
Smoked with RO and cherry
pulled at 138º and rested 20mins
Had to have a twice baked potatoe and some cheezy bread!
I know what your thinkin'.........twice baked smoked, I know,i know. But i didn't have enough time to pull it off
It was very tender and juicy,
