Local Market had cured and smoked uncooked hams on sale for $.99 a pound. I couldn't pass that deal up...so a 10.3 lb ham hit my cart.
Brought it home...trimmed the fat and into my smoker it went. No rub ..no glaze...naked.
Got the Mes rolling at 220...filled water pan..three rows in the amazen 6x8 with hickory.
{Thanks Todd for the quick shipping} and 5.5 hours later it hit 157 IT...foiled and it rose to 162 on the counter. Looks like double hickory smoked ham for lunches this week!!!
Ham is going to hit the slicer in the morning...
The guys at work will be happy to see me Monday morning...We will be eating ham for a few days off this.
