Hi from nepas #1

Grew up in the desert of Southern Calif 20 miles sw of EAFB for 30 years in a small town called Littlerock. Started making jerky, sausage when i was 16.5 with home raised beef, pork, chicken, lamb, sheep, hunted rabbit, quail and rattler. Avid hunter, fisherman and hunted from west coast to east coast.

Retired now after moving to Lancaster County, PA where my wife is from. Now live in NE, PA with my wife who is an ATC at LVI and just me. her and our 2 pups kiki & tiffany. Have 4 kids in Active Duty US ARMY.  Waiting for a final say from the manager at Savanah Tracon to give the ok for her move. So we might be Georgians soon Ya'll

Have many smokers, grills, stuffers and processing equip. Still hunt and fish. Sausage making aint rocket science.

We always have a blast when we go south. The NOLA trip was like the 22nd time for us and we never see it all.

Yeah i seen Al had some good sausage. Hopefully this week we will know if the transfer is going to happen. The manager from Savannah has called Allentown manager 3 times now. Oh dont mention GOLD.

I had Gold fever for 6 years when i lived in Calif. Had the 4" Keene dredge, pans, dry washer, metal detectors, you name it. My wife was pissed cuz i was gone every weekend. In those 6 years i only got 3.2 oz of flake and nuggets. In the summer i was dredging up in Northern Calif and winters dry washing and detecting in Ransberg and Arizona.

Now hog hunting....OH YEAH

Smoking and making sausage is easier....HA

One ounce  now is $1489.18  .I would buy a new pan and detector all i can look for is diamonds. Now fresh free hog
