Made up a couple of Venison Meat loafs lastnight and put in the frig overnight to rest and marry the seasoning. My seasoning was garlic power, onion power, dales steak mariniate, slap yo moma cajun seasoning, chopped onions and finely chopped bacon . Smoked them this morning but no low and slow just wanted to get a little smoke on them using some Hickory chunks. Set smoker at 285* and when they reached 155* took them out and rapped in foil to rest awhile and the temp went up a few degrees.

Thanks guys I like Venison anything ! Al it depends on how much fat you add to your venison when it is ground. I do not add any fat to mine until I get ready to use it. I did mince up some bacon and rinder it in the microwave then added it to the meat when mixing it. It was perfect for my taste. Also as my liquid I used some Rotel juice.
