Fired off the WSM with R.O. red bag with hickory chunks at 6 am. 

Holding 235.

Got it filled and ready last nite.

6 pound butt covered with SPOG.

ABTs smoked cheddar my mild Italian sausage and bacon.

Spam covered with store bought beef rub,cayenne and old bay.

Pictures start with the  foiling at 165.

More as the day progresses!!

Great start, can't wait to see the finished product. I never liked SPAM, maybe because when I was a kid I had to eat it all of the time but I kind of want to try it smoked. I keep hearing people say its really good. I'll wait to see it finished before I go out and try it.

 The pork cooked without a stall and is falling apart juicy delicious...

 It is a little too spicey and sweet for the Woman.. I am just breaking off chunks and eating finger style!!

 Raptors sauce gave it a nice sweet crunch..mmmmmm!

Bout an hour from Pineys place..15 miutes from Raptor.

The Spam is way good all sweet and crunchy doncha know!!
