Bad news with a happy ending

Back the end of Feb. I bought a new Landmann 3405BGW for camp as it's the same model I have at home. It sat in the box forever and Otter put it together just before the Gathering but we didn't use it. Today I finally go out to season it and find the knob on the ignitor isn't working eek.gif bummer but I can deal with that. I go to light it after hooking a propane tank to it and nothing mad.gif so I switch to a different tank and still nothing icon_evil.gif so I said a few bad words then calmed down and went inside to call Landmann. I talked to a very nice woman who asked a couple easy questions and then said I'll have a new regulator and hose assembly, and a new ignitor knob sent right out to you and you should have them this week yahoo.gif So Lanmann's customer service gets a big 2thumbs.gif from me.

Now I have to go buy more meat to go with the two butts I was gonna smoke. If I'm gonna crank up the Lang I might as well make it worthwhile biggrin.gif

Customer service can be the backnone of a business. Glad to hear that they responded to you in a positive and quick manner. You'll be smoking up that new Landman before long. It's all good my friend.

Hope that's the problem and you get it going when you receive your parts.

I think it's the regulator so hopefully everything will be fine when it gets here
