Mother's Day Smoke

Thought I'd smoke a nice beef roast for Mother's Day rubbed it with chilli powder,garlic powder,onion powder and black pepper. Wrapped it in plastic wrap and left it in fridge overnight.

Started smoking it at 8:45 am let the smoke do it's work for 2hrs then let time do the rest.

Took it off about 4:30pm and wrapped it in foil.

I was very happy with the end result nice bark and smoke ring. We ate around 5pm everybody like it.

Nice! We smoked for Mother's Day too, but we did baby backs.
