...who am I to deny her? lol And after my first crack at Baby backs late last night, I was left craving proper spares.

Got everything going as per usual...MM with Nature's Grilling hardwood briquettes 3 chunks of apple wood and 230* @ the grate meant the ribs headed on.  One half of supper is in the middle w/ chefs snacks around it.

I foiled the spares this time b/c the rub was sugar heavy. Foiled at 4:10pm and my rubbed chicken wrapped in bacon (thanks to UMRJake57 for the great idea!!

) hit the bottom grate for 1 1/2 hrs then 1/2 hour on high to crisp bacon up)

Ok....Here's supper.  Ribs came out fine, chicken was perfect and momma bear was happy(along w/ my oldest as you'll see)
