Looks great scott i am a huge cavenders fan it's made here in ar .I buy it by the lb shaker.It's like my cooking crack.ROTF.gif It 's realy good on pork steaks.

Thanks. We love the Cavender's here. Great on grilled pork chops. Wish we had the bigger ones. I've only seen the small one here.

Chicken looks great. I'm thinking of doing this this weekend. About how long did they take smoking at 225? Just want to plan accordingly. Thanks!

I can't remember exactly  think it was about 4 hours. My thermometer told me when it was done. icon_mrgreen.gif
