thanks guy's will take pics of it done today I just put another batch in first ones almost gone had a fire with my sons last night lol/ it was funny but it worked for the meat sticks I don't own a jerky gun cause they are hard to find here so I broke into my wifes cake decerating stuff and used an icing bag and a wilton coupler and squeezed out meat sticks lol worked great

it is actually just 6 # ground beef with 1 tbsp hickory jerky seasoning for every # and 4 1/2 tbsp of  cure store bought my wife fav then I add 2 tbsp of crushed garlic and set in the fridge over night one tray in honey garlic sauce the other in franks redhot and it's all good. being ground beef it goes in the smoker mine anyway was in 7 hrs at 160 than cooled and wonderful 
 
thanks Al I used a dehydrator for years someone on here said they used their smoker so I tried it and it was good did some just seasoned ones with mesquite chips and the others were franks redhot and honey garlic with maple chips mmmmmmmmmmm
