Thanks Jeff. It took me a long time to try making sausage too, but it really isn't that hard to do. Of course keep in mind that I made fresh sausage, no cure involved. That will be the next step. Good luck with your first try.

One of my current customers is in Edmonton. Not the most exciting places to visit, especially in the winter. For a while I was traveling there two weeks on, two weeks off.
