This batch is pretty good.

But next time

I will add another 3/4 cup dark brown sugar and use some F-RM-52 instead of the ECA. Will take longer but worth it.

They look great! So these planned amendments are....the brown sugar to sweeten it a bit, and/or to balance the sourness of the F-RM-52?
