Chopped up a handfull of the latest spares meat,2TBS of habenaro hot sauce and a bunch of chopped jalepenos.
The WSM is still chugging along happily at 230 from the ABTs so in this mess went.
2 hours later we have real hot smokey goodness.
The WSM continues to amaze me...
So far one 10 pound bag of R.O. still with enough for another smoke. 4 smokes including a 7 pound butt.
Using 8 or 9 Kingsford blue to fill the starting can in the center.
