Dino Bones & Al's Chili

Thread Starter

Recently, I smoked some Dino Bones and served them with Al's Chili

Dino Bones can be tough to find, but believe it or not, I found some cryovac packages at Walmart.

Sprinkled them with Montreal Steak Seasoning and into the smoker @ 225° for a few hours.

The combination of Dino Bones and Al's Chili was fantastic!

Thanks for looking

Todd

Todd,

Congrats on a great looking smoke and Q too. I have a hard time finding Dino ribs that look that good. They usually have very little meat. It's all good my friend.
