Well after checking out this site for awhile i finally firgured out how to navigate this place. I'm just a cajun that got off the beaten bath and ended up in Tacoma. Love to cook on my Big Green Egg and just aqqired a 500 gal propane tank and a car haulin trailer to build a RF smoker. Any help is greatly appreciated. I look forward to learning a whole mess of smokin tips.

Get a good Probe Thermometer as We Smoke By Temperature NOT TIME.
A good choice for a remote dual probe thermometer is the Maverick ET-732
