Bluewolf here (aka Wolfie or Blue whichever you prefer)

My Real name is Stacey I am a 42 year old Disabled American Veteran..... GO Troops!!!!!

I have not worked since May 7 2009 due to physical and "attitude" issues

My main passions are flower gardening, (getting into veggies)

digital photography, grilling/smoking of many luscuios meats, veg, fruits

which due to my disabilities...slow me down

I am from "out in the midlle of a freakin cornfield, Indiana"

have been most of my life move away and keep ending back here

so just as long as I don't have to go to the cornfield again I am content

(live in Ft. Wayne)

I stopped being in a hurry along time ago..just putter along and smell the fluers

when ever I get a chance, when I get there is when I get there and not any sooner

altho I am never late for appointmentsicon_biggrin.gif

The main reason for my seeking this site is because with the decline in "quality" at our local markets I am starting to make my own things as well as satisfy my carnivorous

cravings via "grilling/smoking" *drool*

Delighted to be here and hope to learn lots!!!

* how do I get an avatar I want from my "stash" to post?*

Thanks All!!!

I am kinda new to smoking yet kinda not

I lost my smoking "Virginity" to a duck and some slices of pinapple about 4 years ago

(Don't know if I still have the pics or not. Will look)

I used the rotiserie for the duck and placed the pinapple on the grates

I did this all by myself with no "coaching" from BF

since then I have done chicken, pork steaks/chops, beef burgers, dogs, and pork boneless "halfs"

my latest challenge is to be lamb breast

We have a "Big Boy" Char-grill smoker and an indoor char-grill smoker

I live for the Q-shows drool everytime I watch one or look at pics in a book

my chip of choice is mesquite... and I am a fiend for garlic the more the better!!!

*Oh, and To aleiviate any confusion...I am a "SHE"wolf *
