Is it okay to upgrade it?


I notive when I have the smoker loaded with chicken, it never get hotter than 240 (in the summer).


With 2 huge briskets in it, it have no problem getting passed 250 (in the winter).


Would it be possible to me to upgrade the heat element safely?





I got the new smoke tray, the tray work awesome.  (thanks for the heads up)
