I'm with you on that Al. I love being able to run down and grab some smokey goodness whenever I want. That reminds me I need to go through my freezer and see what the heck I even have still. I keep throwing stuff in there and don't remember what I have. I have been thinking about starting a spreadsheet with all the inventory I have in the freezer. Sounds like a pain to mark down something every time you grab something out but it would be nice to know for sure whats in my freezers.

It's funny that you say that, because yesterday we did just what you said. I emptied the freezer & Judy wrote down everything in there as I put it back in. Now when we add or take something out we update the list.
