2nd pic is 45 min. into smoke. Worried about to much smoke. Emptied chip tray.

3rd pic finished product.

Last pic served with salad  and pea rissotto, thanks to the wife.

Tasted great, glad I stopped the smoke. Apple wood

Thanks guys. It came out great, needed that after the brisket. Though I

I have to say the brisket got better towards the middle.
