Hows it going everyone, names Ryan, stationed here in Hawaii with the Coast Guard. Brand spanking new to smoking, just picked up my first smoker, a Brinkmann Vertical Smoker. I have smoked a few Boston butts or some pulled bbq but only in my propane grill. It took awhile and turned out alright but was alot of work. Looking forward to learning alot and smoking some amazing meat.
