I used 1 cup of red wine meat didn't sweat of fat like i thought.Next time 2 cups of broth meat is too lean .It has no fat to sweat off black Angus eye roundking 171.jpg

Served on wheat sub bun with Provolone cheese no pic we were hungery.

Thanks guys .First eye round ever smoked.Al your right about the sammies but add some peppers and onion.The one pictured made my wife cry in another room.It was he-man strong.th_crybaby2.gifThe peppers were picked fresh.

Looks great. We like to smoke it, thin slice and run it thru some Au Jus. Then the peppers and opions and a great roll.

Sorry i haven responded quick but the bottom of my TV been full .It's full right now but if god wants me he will take me.8 dead so far. tornadoes and flash floods for 3 days so far.Make you wander what they are doing at the harp station in Alaska.Thanks for the complements.Some of us need to start a Philly dip thread .I thank you guys for your support.

Glad you made it thru safe. I'll stick with Hurricanes, atleast we have a few days warning when they are coming. Don't like those tornadoes.

Another just went through a few minutes ago golf ball size hail .Don't worry smoker is under deck.yahoo.gifI have a basement to use as afraidey hole.And yes it gets use{It aint that the winds blowing as much as what the winds blowing CAR ECT...}Ron white

I have a '69 camaro that sat out in golf ball sized hail while I was at work one night. My neighbor called me at work, but was afraid to go out in it. I really expected to see the car trashed, but the metal back then was top notch. Windshield too. Only problem was the piece above the trunk lid. Aftermarket.........all types of dings in it. icon_eek.gif

LOL---They used steel in them days!

 

They rusted quicker, but didn't dent as easy!
