Raining here today so decided to do a smoke for Easter. Doing Pull Pork so started out with a 8lb Butt and did a Loin for a friend.

Here is the Loin.

This is the Loin all finished up at 160*   I smoked both at 250* and used a mix of Applewood and Hickory chips.

I used Tony`s on the Loin and Jeff`s rub on the Butt .Well post pics of the Butt when it is finished..Thanks for looking..
