Got 10 1/4 lbs of butt going this morning on my MAK. Using hickory @225

I had to improvise. Easier to loose a junk umbrella to the winds instead of another easy up

These butts are going to my sons on base at Ft Bragg this week. My neighbor eats good.

Time to pull em off the MAK and lookee at em. Had to take a test chunk.

YUP

Good now time to wrap em and let em get happy for a couple hours.

Yeah it was. When i started to pull it apart there was a large fat area next to the bone.

The boys ought to polish that off in no time!

 

I figured it was about time you smoked something---Must have been at least 3 hours without any smoking at your house!
