They can't fly but they can smoke (with qview)

It is my first 1 thread so lats go

 for the holidays i decided to do 4 chickens

two plain and two with a rub of lemon, salt ,paprika and hot pepper under the skin

than i put in a lemon in the cavity

and then to my MES

for 2 hours on 80 c(+_176 f)

with mesquite chips then 1hour 45 minutes at 105c (221f)

we decide to taste  and one is gone

i find that the lemon adds a sharp flavor
