For a little something extra I put a couple links of Boykjos' awesome kielbasa in the MES. Using pecan today.
I gotta tell ya..it is marvelous... mmmmmm.. Chunky texture with lots of garlic and whatever else he puts in it!!!
It is as good as my andouille!!!
