Good Morning Everyone, getting some Baby Backs all ready for today's smoke... Almost done with them rubbed down, now let them the rest till 1pm, then on the MES 40... For the 2-2-1 Method.
I used to, but I stopped during the Winter, because of so much heat loss.
Now I wait until after the first hour, and then put boiling water in my water pan instead.
Then I add some juice when I foil them.
We have 30 min's left till we unfoil smear some sauce and go for the last hour... We just found some Corn on the cob at the Store. I do not know where they imported it from but it looks great.
Thanks everyone.. Please try the sauce, or tell me how to make it evev better. Right now it is pretty damn good.
