First smoke with the new shed and guru...

Well it was a real nice day here in upstate ny so i decided to smoke me a chuckie.. This was the first smoke in the new shed and with the guru.. Man let me tell ya what that guru is just amazing i am real happy with it..

 

 

Smoker-  WSM

Fuel     -   Kingsford

smoke -   Hickory

Rub     -   Old bay with some brown sauger

 

 

 

 

All rubbed up and ready for the smoker

Letting that come up in temp some so out i go to the smoker ready..

Ok back to the meat.. It 165F time to foil her up..

Ok the meat is smoking here is a few random pic's of the nice day we had. Here is my smoking buddy Tuna bear..

Ok back to the smoker.. meat is doing good so its time to make some of my baked beans and peaches..

ok meat hit 180F going to take it off let it rest and slice it up.

All in all it was a great day the chuckie and beans were great.. The sun was out and the beer was tasting good got to love that..

Yup its fixed right to the trailer.. That way i can move it back and forth from my camp to my house..

Can't beat Old Bay.. with anything!..maybe cause I'm from MD....either way everything looks great...Peaches and beans..gotta try that, sounds and looks great!

And I love that Shed/trailer!

 

Shouldn't be hard to find a parking spot down around Pulaski, for a bunch of Salmon!!!

Looking good!

I have seen the guru in action several times and I am very impressed.

My new place will have one for my BGE and the upcoming WSM.
