Hello all. My name is Sam and I live in Las Vegas. I have been a hunter for all my life. I love the whole process of hunting all the way to processing my kill myself. That said, I have always sent my meat out to be made into sausage and meat sticks( the 1st deer gets a traditional cut and packing.) I have wanted to make my own sausage for my family for a long time. I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker now and it works fine for most things. I also love to bbq just about anything. On this forum I hope to meet some new bbq and smoking friends. I'm sure that I will learn lots from you all of guys.
