Pork loin

I don't know about your location but the grocers are putting pork loins on sale at $1.99/lb. Everybody is buying hams for Easter but they have to do something with the rest of the pig.sausage.gif

A good size loin is usually fairly cheap around here. We usually cut them into three sections, then smoke them when we are in the mood. Just don't over do them and they can be great on the smoker.

Tenderloins can dry out quickkly, so keep a bowl of water in the smoker and maybe drape a few strips of bacon over the loin for "extra protection." !!!! LOL!
