That is awesome work... I can't draw a stick person much less build one... Great job, something to be proud of...

How is the tile working out, I wanted to set a piece above my firebox in my MES to help get rid of the hot spot...

How do you create smoke. I mean you have the heat with the propane but what creates the smoke? That is a beautiful smoker, if you dont mind me asking, what did it run you to build?

That is a genuinely awesome build! My question, besides the smoke (I assume you are using an AMAZIN or similar) is what did you make to catch the grease runoff? Catchplate? I hate to think it's building up at the bottom with those nice tiles.

He says 3” galvanized for the exhaust pipes. Everything else seems to be aluminum. I don’t think temperatures will be high enough at the exhaust for any off gassing, plus by that point the flow path is no longer in contact with the food.

I am guessing that if you had to pay yourself for the man-hours invested, you couldn't afford it.
