Looks awesome brother. I smoked a brisket for the second time over the weekend. First one was just ok. Second was totally scrumptious. Smoked for about 10 hours then let sit over nite. then finished it off in the oven the next day to warm up. ONe thing ive learned about brisket, you can never over season them.
