It's been a few weeks since I've got anything on the smoker. So, today it's a 3lb brisket and 2 racks of baby back ribs! I rubbed them down last night with my own spice rub mix. Had the smoker going at 8 am and brisket was on at 9 am. I'll keep the qview comin'! Enjoy!

Now Bear go easy on a guy!! I learned from the last one. Temps are looking great. Brisket was at 151 after 4.5 hours. Put the Ribs on at 1.

First view is right after putting the ribs on.
