Hello, my name is Mark and I am a smoked food addict.  I was turned onto this site just today by one of my neighbors which I also just met today.  He had just fired up a recently finished fridge conversion and I seen it sitting in his drive and I had to say hello.  Anyways a fridge conversions is something I am interested in and have been thinking about for about 2 years.  After searching this site today there seems to be alot of great info for conversions on here and I hope to get started on one soon.  I will say I dont have a lot of smoking experience, but have done a few things with small charcoal smokers.  

I hope to learn a lot from this site and hope to offer some advice when I can.
