you reheating it whole or in slices?

Steam it

Nuke it

Wrap in foil and toss into a 225 degree oven

Dice it up with some potatos and onions and make hash

I would slice them up while they are cold that way you can get nice thin pieces if you are looking for lunch meat style. If you are going to eat most  of it in one sitting I would just put the whole vacuumed  seal bag in a pot  of boiling water. I reheat our sausage all the time in the bags.

Like Ross says they really slice good when they are cold. I do the vacuum bag in boiling water too.

i doubt i am going to eat it all on one sitting...boiling in the bag sounds like a good way to do it...i want to make a couple of days worth of lunch meat...

For slices, we slice cold and freeze in meal size portions.  Slices warm up nicely in au jus at about 180 degrees.

Good luck and good smoking!

now that would have been the smart way to do it...

i will file that away for next time...i just dont think i can refreeze it after i heat it back up...i only got it 160 internal temp because i knew i was going to be reheating it...does that make a difference?
