That was the first try on the potatoes like that.
They were just a little underdone for her..ok for me.
Next time I will run a poker all the way thru in several places and leave them in for the entire time.
Dang...I can't wait to get to the new place and get back to smoking stuff a few times a week....
And not making sausage...it is wearing me down..
