Here is the smoker I pulled from a friend's yard and saved. It's amazing what a little vinegar and salt will do to clean a a grill, even when it's been left out to absorb rain and humidity. Only been used a few times from what I know and even better that it was "Free-Fifty-Free".
Planning on Curing it in the next few days and inaugurating it with some ribs this weekend. If I hang them from the meat hooks instead of using the Rib Racks do you think that they'll end up falling off? I just think that it would be a lot cooler to open up the door and see a couple of rib racks cooking while hanging from meat hooks.
