Grilled Chicken With Qview

Grilled some Chicken on the Beast. I didn't have time to smoke the chicken.

but had it defrosted. So Decided to grill it in the Beast, and have a fire in the smoker side!

It did 2 things, cooked the chicken, and burned off some of the built up grease.

I used Cowboy charcoal, and the rest of my Pecan! Man it was GOOD!

It sure does look good but I would be careful of all of those flames for you don't want some caramelization and a raw interior now.

Gotta love videos of the flames!!!

Looking good!

The video definitely offers a perspective on the flames, it looks like they're a fair distance off. Cooking through would be possible without overcaramelization if you keep 'em moving.

Any pics of the finished product?
