Rib Sampler with QView

Thread Starter

Tried a few different rubs to make a set of ribs for some friends.

One rub was an Adams Reserve Rib and Brisket Rub

One was Emeril's BBQ rub

One was a custom made rub

The last rack was salt/pepper only.

All were sprayed with apple juice occasionally throughout the smoking time.

Looking good!

I kinda like Jeffs rub if I am noy using SPOG.

Emerils is good too.

Then of course there is Mr. Smiths secret rub.

I enjoyed Emeril's but the one I developed based on some other recipes was probably the best. I'll post the recipe up soon. Thanks for the comments.
