I guess it's time to introduce myself. I have been reading a great deal of the threads here on the forum now for the last couple of weeks and am very impressed with its wealth of information. I recently purchased a Masterbuilt 40 with window at Sam's Club and have been successfully (so far) experimenting with it . I am totally new to meat smoking but have always loved eating the food cooked this way. I must say, it appears as though I am hooked. I currently split my time between Fort Myers, Florida and Houghton (not to be mistaken for Houghton Lake), Michigan. The winters in Florida and the summers in Michigan.
