Seasoning Smoker

19 degrees out 275 in 25 minutes, let it run for a cpl hrs, and put a cup of soaked chips in the tray. Took about 10 mins to start smoking but when it did it was a wonderful sight. Yes thats snow on my porch. Cant wait for saturday.

MES might be the "lazy" way of smoking....but i'm sure enjoying mine  icon_smile.gif...and the people that eat all the stuff i make enjoy it also.

Saturday I'm going to do a cpl different types of wings proably 3 or for dozen, some abt's and some stuffed mushrooms. I Just made myself hungry.
