Looks beautiful. I've been happily married for 23 yrs and three grown kids, it's stuff like this, especially the roses, that make the years fly by trouble free. Did you use any smoke? If so, what kind? How did the lobster taste smoked? Did the smoke penetrate the meat of the lobster even though you cooked it in the shell? It would stay moist in the shell, but does it get enough smoke that way? By the way, it looks like one tail was pre-cooked and the other was not. Boiling/cooking a lobster turns it red/orange color. You can buy them pre cooked in the store.
