Went to the panhandle again to look at homes for sale.
Hoped to hook up and meet Raptor and Piney.
And check out the KOA near the Gathering site.
The house hunting hit a few bumps and we didn't get to meet Raptor.
We did look at the KOA and visit the Gathering site and meet Piney.
The Koa will be good for a few nights. The showers and bathrooms are about 40 yards from the cabins.
The folks that run it are extra nice and the place is very clean and tidy.
Then off to visit Piney.
He does live off the beaten path. Way off.
The site looks great for having the party. He did say it looked a little better before the trees diappeared.
Got a great ride on the 4 wheeler for an official tour.
Then we hung out and chatted for an hour.
What a great guy!!
We are looking forward to the Gathering.
Oh!! The little yellow house in my avatar will be our new home in Ponce De Leon if all goes as planned.
