Thanks, hey brother, just go with the flow on your to-do list. Whatever you feel like smoking or grilling, that should be your next project. That way it's much more enjoyable. There's always those days when I do a freezer clean-out and have some odds and ends type smokes...these can actually be the challenging and interesting. Kind of like shooting from the hip.

Man, I'm already starting to wonder when I'll get another shot at this scrumptious dinner...it seems like I do so many different things that I keep moving on to something else before I ever get to do a repeat. Oh well, maybe some day I'll slow down a bit and revisit a bunch of the stuff I've done...yeah, right! Like that's gonna happen! Well, at least, not anytime soon, I hope. It sure does allow me to expand my horizons alot while I take these fun rides!
