ANGUS BEEF CHUCK ROLL WITH Q VIEW

ok so i went to sams today and got this 14lb beef chuck roll.Picture 002.jpg

 

so i made some of bobs rub...(eman) and rubbed one out.

i need help figuring out to smoke on the traeger or uds......decisions, decisions!!

i havent even put it on yet, had kinda of of a bender last night. still feeling the side effects ill go with the traeger. no fuss, no muss, b.s. its 937 am and im ready......i think.lol.

ok at 2 hrs:

temp on treager is 225 and 153 on the meat.

Am I the only one that caught his "rub" comment? Or am I the only one tacky enough to point it out?

well after 8 hrs of smelling the meat cooking, here is it...it tasted 1000 times better than it looks. its sooo good!

No, but its close it is part of the chuck clod.
