Yeah normally i do batches of 5-10 lbs but didnt want to ruin that much if the GP seasoning wasnt good. But next batch is 5 lbs and going to the Big Easy with me in June.

Here is the GP Seasoning.

I have made a dish called "Gunpowder Porkchops". I got the recipe from an old Better Homes and Gardens Spicy Cookbook. The "Gunpowder" rub was equal parts ground white, black and red pepper. You coated each porkchop with a teaspoon of the rub and then broiled or grilled the chops. I always added a little salt to each chop also.

I warn you ahead of time this makes for a very hot chop, but I like spicy food so I loved them.

I am thinking that is an understatement at equal parts on those three peppers... lol..... but it does sound good!

I just pulled out the old cookbook that the recipe came from and I had forgotten it also calls for a bottle picante sauce on the chops after cooking.
