PP challidas w/Q

AMS loaded with apple and cherry wood, dried in the microwave for about 30 seconds.  i lightly packed with my thumb and at burned real quick.  lasted about 5 hours or so with one end lit.

a nine lb pork shoulder that i seasoned up the night before, i added some brown sugar for a lil extra flavor.

shredding the PP, had a very nice bark as you can see.

i love the bear claws!!! if you don't have a set, invest in some!  it took me less than 5 min to shred this shoulder. if even that.

medium cheddar, onions and PP.  i had enough PP to make these man size on 12" tortillas.  and i ate 3 of them for dinner last night.

looks damn good........i keep smoked pork for tacos and stuff on hand at all times.

i still have about 2lbs of PP left, i was thinking about making some sketti with it. i will try some tacos also with the next batch i make.

Looks good!!! we make them most of the time i do pulled pork,and pp pizza,tacos,eggs,all kinds of things that are great with pork!!! Nice job!!

i just pick up a few cans of challida sauce from the store and a qt of pork chili from my favorite mexican place.

Guess I'm not familiar with the word  " challida", but I will look around for a recipe to make the sauce or try to find it at the grocery.

Those look really good. I agree, the Bear Claws are awesome. Nice looking grub...Ill be over around 7 for some leftovers icon_mrgreen.gif

Dang that looks good. I have some PP in the freezer, gonna have to get it out & try some of those "challida's".
